If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please contact us at official_back2theroots@aol.com within 7 days of the delivered date with your order number, address and photo documentation of any reported damage or defect.
If required to return the item(s), it must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, with all accessories. Damaged or defective item(s) returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.
If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return the following conditions will apply:
